How to use: After hanging your meat on the Meatdryer hook using butcher twine or the accessory hook, open the top of the protective net and carefully pull it up from the bottom to cover your meat. Close the top and tie the string to the upper hook on your Meatdryer.
Important: Ensure the net doesn't touch your meat (to prevent contamination and insect access) or the lower part of the hook (to maintain accurate weight measurements).
